Hi,I am in Spain but originally frm Mumbai. I needed some notarial documents apostilled and all the web sites say 1st i need to get them attested from state govt. all the information given on websites is about educational documents and having contacted the mantralaya in mumbai they also dont have a clue about where to get them attested can anyone advice with adress and tel no as to where i can get no educational documents attested for further apostilled
