I had a Russian Degree.I want to Apostille Legalisation. Can I do Russian Degree's Legalisation in India?
i am not sure what is the procedure with russian degrees. Talk to the emabassy where you have obtained the degree.
I think you should go to the Russian embassy in India or find someone who will obtain apostille for you in Russia.
