I was hoping someone can help me.
I'm currently in the process of applying for a visa for Spain, I am a Cape Verdean living in England with my wife who is English. We got married in Cape Verde therefore we have to get our marriage certificate apostilled as per Spanish requirements. However even though Cape Verde have signed the Hague agreement they have not put a process in place to issue apostilles yet. I have contacted the London notary who have informed me I can have my certificate notarized and then gain an English apostille. Can anyone give me any advice about this? It is an expensive process so I want to make sure it will be accepted by Spain before I go ahead.
