Apostillation of Degree Certificate when Provisional is already attested

    I graduated in 2007 and had to get my Provisional Certificate attested from the State Govt. for Visa purposes (Didn't had Original then). Now I'm being transferred to another country and they need my Degree Certificate Apostilled. So do I need to get the Original attested again from the State Govt before getting it to MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) or the Attested Provisional one can still do the trick.

    Please help as I live in Delhi and would have to go all they way to Kolkata to get the certificate attested again as only the State from where the certificate has been issued can attest it.

    First degree certificate must get attested from regional centre of the state then it has to be brought to delhi for apostillization. please consult travel ageents who may be able to get you attestations. checkout srisai
