Living in Australia, but want to a Apostille stamp on a Dutch Certificate for use in Vietnam.

    Hi there,

    Would anyone be able to answer the following questions?

    I am currently living in Australia, with some Dutch documents, which were issued by the 'Burgerlijke Stand'. I was wondering if it is possible to send these Dutch documents to Holland to get the 'Apostille Stamp' on these documents? If it is possible where do I send these documents?

    Also, these document are intended to be sent to Vietnam, and since Vietnam is not apart of the 98 Hague Convention Countries, what do I have to do to get these document recognised in Vietnam after I have gotten the Apostille stamp on these documents?

    have you contacted the dutch embassy in australia? i am afraid only they would be able to assist you with your matters.
