If you are adopting a child from a foreign country, you could run into a word called apostille. But since i have about 27 documents to get apostilled, how do i cut down the fee paid to secretary of state?

What you do is, write a letter to secretary of state, to waive the fee involved in number of apostilles. If you succeed in convincing them, they will absolutely consider your case of international adoption of a child.
